In The Black (ITB) is our strategic partnership program that connects our members with high-profile companies and agencies that will assist their businesses with competing and profiting at a high level. Our strategic partners are both in and outside of the hospitality and retail industry and provide our members with custom and curated educational programming, technical assistance, and capacity-building tools.

Back Of House

IBRHA’s Back of House (BOH) provides research, report, and insights important to Black business owners and their bottom line. BOH’s mission is to use research and data to advocate for better policies, legislation, resources, and opportunities for our members and minority communities.

Diaspora Connects

Diaspora Connects (DC) is IBRHA’s international relations and partnership program. DC connects our members, partners, and the global travel community to Black hospitality and cultural experiences around the world.
